What fees & extra costs will I be charged for my free delivery?

NONE – ZERO – ZILCH – NADA

My location is more than 50 miles from your warehouse. Can I still get FREE delivery?

Yes, we can accommodate you. Please contact us for more information.

Can I pick up at your warehouse?

Yes, please do call in advance so we can have the item(s) you need ready for pick up.

How often are your trucks in our area?

Our trucks delivery to our service area at least 3 times every week so we are always in the area to help with your unexpected out-of-stock.

How late in the day can I order and still receive delivery within 48 hours or sooner?

All order placed before 12 noon will be out for delivery within 48 hours unless arranged otherwise with the customer.

Do you offer “touch –free” delivery?

We will work with each customer to meet their specific needs as best as possible including “touch-free” delivery whenever possible.

If I order from your web site, do you send out a confirmation notice?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email.

Can I pay via credit card regardless of how I buy the product?

Yes. Regardless of how you place your order…phone, email, internet, or pick-up, we welcome Visa, Master card & American Express payments as well as offer a credit application for those customers that want to establish a commercial trade account with us.

I looked through your site and I do not see an item I need and buy regularly, can you help me?

Yes, please contact us for assistance. We offer a wide variety and assortment of products and they are not all listed on our website. 

Does one of our employees need to be present during your Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) work at our site?

No, after the initial assessment and analysis there is no need for your employee(s) to be present during routine VMI checks. Our VMI specialist is bonded and insured under our insurance policy.

Can you provide inventory levels in a report for me of items we do NOT buy from EJ Sprague?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time but, we would be happy to work with you to see if we can supply the items you need that we do not currently sell or offer.

Can I get monthly and/or periodic reports showing my usage on each item I have purchased?

Yes, we can provide you with a detailed report on all items.

I do not know how to use a product that you sell….do you offer help?

Yes, we will gladly assist you as necessary to get the help you need….all you have to do is ask us!

I need SDS or MSDS sheets for all chemicals, do you provide them upon request?

Yes, we can provide all necessary information via electronic or paper, whatever you prefer.

Do you offer cleaning services?

No, we do not offer any cleaning service at this time.

Do you offer repair services for the mechanical items you sell?

We do not currently repair items ourselves but we would be happy to refer you to service provider upon request. We do assist with warranty issues and work with our suppliers to get you back in operation as soon as possible.
